Should Coinchange require additional document, you will receive an email detailing the type of document that is required along with a secure link to make said submission.

In order to ensure that your submission is approved, please make sure that your submission meets the following criteria where applicable:
- Please make sure to submit your documents as PDF documents;
- Kindly avoid submitting pictures of documents;
- Please make sure to submit the requested documents.
Should there any issues with the submission, our team will reach out via email to ask for a resubmission.
