How do I update my 2FA phone number or Coinchange email?

In order to update your Coinchange phone number and email address, please call support +1 (833) 929-3334. We are open Monday - Friday, 10:00 am -2:00 pm Eastern Time.


We currently only accept phone number update requests through our phone lines and cannot accept email change requests unless you reach out with the email address currently associated with your account.
