Once you place your bank transfer, it takes 2 business days for your funds to reflect on your Coinchange account. Once your funds have been transferred, there will be a 10 day hold on your funds before you can withdraw them. Please note that you will still be able to trade and invest!
The cutoff time for all processing is 3PM UTC, meaning that if a request is placed after the cutoff time, then an additional day will be required to process your funds.
If you still don’t see your funds reflected in your account after 3 business days, your bank transfer may have been rejected. Please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Account ownership: make sure the name on your bank account you are transferring from matches the name on your Coinchange account. You cannot link someone else’s bank.
Step 2: Account information: Please ensure the banking information you entered is correct.
Step 3: Bank holidays: Check if there are any banking holidays. It takes 10 business days for your transaction to settle. Bank holidays will delay your transactions.
Step 4: Transaction rejection: Each bank has different requirements. If your transfer has been rejected, please contact your bank for more information.
Step 5: Transfer limit: ensure your transfer amount does not exceed your limit. Transfer limits will depend on your verification level. Please email verifications@coinchange.io for more details.
