In order to link your bank account to Coinchange, you will need to sign into your account and press on your Profile at the bottom right corner. Under Personal Details, click on Bank Accounts.
We currently only accept bank accounts linked through Plaid. To link your bank account, simply click on Plaid and follow these instructions.
- Search for your bank and select it.
- You will then be prompted to enter your Bank Account Number and Bank Account Password.
- Once you successfully input them, Plaid can prompt you to complete authenticate with your bank through 2FA.
- Once you input your verification code, your bank should be fully linked and verified.
Kindly ensure that the bank account you are linking has funds and that the name on the account matches your identity verification name. If your account link is under review for more than 3 business days, kindly reach out to our support team.
