Effective December 8th 2021
We have implemented some changes to accounts funded through bank transfers to help ensure users safely receive their funds in a timely manner. Accounts funded through wire and crypto transfers are not affected.
- New Coinchange accounts funded through bank transfer will have a daily maximum fiat transfer limit of $1000/day.
- Funds added to those accounts through bank transfers will have a 10 business day hold - effective the moment you are credited with funds.
- Users will be able to make a new transfer once the first one is successful which can take from 3-5 business days.
- Transfers to Coinchange may appear as cheques.
