There may be a couple of reasons why your transfer may have experienced a delay:
- Network congestions of the coin you're trying to transfer. This may result in a longer confirmation time and, hence, the funds transfer might be delayed.
- Before a transfer is confirmed, your transaction needs several confirmations in order to be considered "confirmed". If you have experienced more than 6 confirmations, please reach out to our support team at support@coinchange.io to investigate
- You've transferred it to the wrong address.
- You've transferred it to the wrong blockchain.
Please note that transfers cannot be cancelled or reversed once initiated, therefore it is important to ensure that your transfers are initiated correctly to the right address and blockchain.
